Suppression Doll upgrades Heads Down so it cooldowns faster, and can now roll for grazing damage against affected targets. Her second promotion is a choice between Suppression Doll and Nanite Smoker. However, its damage and chance to hit are reduced, as its real tactical utility is that it forcefully bumps down the timeline positions of any enemy she shoots at from the breach point, enabling Chimera Squad to act after each other for the first round. However, given its empirical 5* drop rate of ~10%, 150 / 150 / 150 / 150 really should be your default go-to recipe for general purpose construction unless you really need something specific at the exclusion of anything else. If you want, you can fiddle around with it and click together what you need. So all-150 can yield any part, while anything with ammo ≥151 will exclude golden crit scopes. The way construction works is by giving various doll and equip classes resource thresholds, within these thresholds, anything can drop.
